Of note is the point that the trash-energy is going to be used to power DELL's Round Rock facilities. I don't imagine that it's a coincidence that the same week DELL announces it is firing 800-900 employees, it also announces that it going to power itself with renewable energy; using the feel-good effects of green energy to mitigate the negative effects of the layoffs. Interestingly the job losses are manufacturing so its likely that they'll be sending these jobs to China or India, increasing the use of energy in transportation.
